The annual consultation of the Religious Liberty Partnership (RLP) will be held Monday, 9 April through Thursday, 12 April 2018. Please take a few moments to register below.
The RLP annual consultation is a unique platform that brings together CEOs of organisations as well as other key leaders from the academic and political arena to discuss strategic issues related to international religious freedom and to explore possible work together.
To register, please fill out the information below. For those traveling with spouses or business associates, each individual needs to register separately, noting your "roommate preferences" in the appropriate field. Details for the hotel will be sent to you upon the confirmation of your registration.
The cost of the consultation for participants from RLP member organisations will be approximately US $825.00 per person, which will include three nights of double accommodation, most meals, breaks, meeting rooms, and conference fees. Single room accommodation is available for an additional fee (approximately $140 per night) . Extra nights are also available for additional charges at the consultation rate. As usual, there is an additional US $75 conference registration fee for participants from non-RLP member organisations.
The consultation is scheduled to begin after lunch at 15.00 (3:00pm) on Monday, 9 April, and end at 12:30pm on Thursday, 12 April so please schedule your flights accordingly. All RLP members are strongly urged to attend all sessions, especially the RLP Members Meeting on Thursday.

Payment will be due upon arrival at the hotel. There will likely be a fee for cancellations after March 7. Credit cards will be accepted for most all fees.
You will receive additional information regarding hotel location, transportation, program agenda, schedule and other details upon receiving your registration. There are three airports serving the greater Washington, DC area. All can work for you, though we suggest that you use the Dulles International Airport (IAD) for air transportation.
NOTE: If you will be attending the consultation but not staying at the hotel, you still need to register. Please fill out all the information and just inform us in the Room Reservation section that you will not need accommodation at the hotel. Registration prices for non-hotel residents will be sent to you.
