Religious Liberty Partnership Holds Advocacy Roundtable

The Religious Liberty Partnership (RLP) held it second virtual Roundtable, “Religious Freedom Advocacy in a Changing World,” on July 29, 2020.  Panelists included, Sam Brownback, U.S. Ambassador at Large for International Religious Liberty; David Anderson, Chairman of the International Panel of Paliamentarians for Freedom of Religious or Belief; and Baroness Caroline Cox, Member of the British House of Lords.

“The thrust of the discussion was exploring how RLP members and the wider religious freedom community could respond with action which would more effectively address the issues facing religious minorities in this rapidly changing world,” said Mervyn Thomas, CEO of CSW, UK and Chairman of the RLP.

Participants in the Roundtable came from 25 countries and a recording of the Roundtable is available to all RLP members.  The RLP will continue to convene the community around these important issues with possible follow up Roundtables on key countries over the next few months.
